The Bernstein Companies is an award winning diversified Real Estate Investment, Development and Management firm. We are seeking a Residential Front Desk Associate The Textile Building, our newly renovated residential property in Cincinnati's City Center. The Residential Front Desk Associate will join our team and assist with administrative operations for 282 units, close to Paycor Stadium, with amenities including modern luxury finishes, a rooftop deck, a 24 hour fitness center & Yoga room, basketball court, golf simulator, rooftop dog park & controlled access/gated.
The Residential Front Desk Associate will work with the leasing staff to keep the office organized and running smoothly and will be the point of contact for our residents. This is a unique opportunity since your day to day may be different and no day is the same in our office. This position requires a self-starter with strong customer service skills who is a strong communicator, patient, polite, and organized.
Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome residents, residents, guests, and visitors as they arrive to the community.
  • Provide professional telephone etiquette and message delivery.
  • Accurately log guest packages, ensure timely delivery and perform package inventory audits.
  • Monitor lobby and surveillance cameras and patrol property to ensure resident safety and security.
  • Exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service and ensuring smooth accommodations.
  • Cultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, vendors and contractors.
  • Assist in the scheduling and completion of all amenities’ requests including scheduling the loading dock, residents’ move-ins, dry-cleaning pick-ups and drop-offs, package delivery, etc.
  • Walk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being met.
  • Assists the Community Manager and other Leasing Consultants as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1+ yrs equivalent work experience.
  • Pro-active individual with the ability to work independently as well as a part of an effective team.
  • Must be reliable, honest, and motivated.
  • Positive, open, caring, and respectful.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
  • Computer proficient in MS Word, Excel.
  • Residential experience a plus.
