Qualities we are looking for include:
- Sales experience in crawl spaces, foundation repair, and attic insulation is preferred but not required.
- Must be ambitious and results-oriented.
- Ability to network and provide self-generated leads but many leads come from our marketing programs.
- Working experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, iPads, and smartphones.
- A driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Must be able to access and fit tight crawl spaces.
