Summit Residential Supervisor
Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field required. 3 years of experience working with persons having a severe and persistent mental illness required. A year of supervisory experience in a residential setting is required. Experience working with individuals having a substance use disorder is desirable. Experience working with the forensic population is required. Knowledge: Must possess knowledge of HUD regulations pertaining to 202 Section 8 programs. Possession of a Certified Occupancy Specialist certificate preferred. Agency for Health Care Administration regulations governing Residential Treatment Facilities. Familiarity with Evidence Based Practice, including Housing First, Trauma Informed Care and Motivational Interviewing. Ability to demonstrate success using EBP models preferred.
Forensic Residential Supervisor
Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field required, Master's preferred. Position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a 16-bed licensed Residential Treatment Facility serving males currently involved with the Justice System who are deemed Incompetent to Proceed on their charges. 3 years of experience working with persons having a severe and persistent mental illness required. A year of supervisory experience in a residential setting is required. Experience working with individuals having a substance use disorder is desirable. Experience working with the forensic population is required.
Schedule:
3 days 8am-5pm and 2 days 10am-7pm. Work schedule flexible.
