Successful Candidates should possess the following characteristics:

Our ideal candidates have 1 to 2 years of prior restaurant, hospitable management/ supervisory experience. In addition, you must have the desire to succeed, to lead and work well with others, effective communication skills and commitment to customer service.

* Intelligent, smart, have good common sense, and possess good decision making skills

* High energy level

* Very likeable, friendly, with excellent people skills

* Good Planner, very organized, and possess good foresight

* Dependable and good at getting assigned jobs & duties completed on time

* Enforces high restaurant operational standards

* Good understanding of profit controls - especially Food and Labor Cost Controls

* Good references and good Work History
