We are looking for a front of the house manager with upscale-casual or fine dining restaurant experience. Someone who wants a future in the hospitality business, or looking to take that next step, someone eager, who enjoys people and is passionate about a career in the hospitality industry.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Previous food and beverage management experience in scratch kitchen, 3 years (required)
• Point of Sale experience; Micros (preferred)
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and varied shifts
• Knowledge of wines and service
• Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Must be able to occasionally lift/transport 15-35 pounds

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Help with all aspects of the restaurant functions, in accordance with resort standards
• Oversee supervisors, and hourly staff.
• Must have a flexible schedule to meet business demands, professional/positive demeanor, and willingness to learn and grow
• Supervise the proper service of the dining room and other food and beverage operations.
• Help maintain the beverage cost and labor costs for Season’s according to budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
