We are looking for an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, customer service and staff management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all customer service standards are met, and providing guidance and support to staff members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and is looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the store.
• Train and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels and order new stock when needed.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Monitor store performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
