Position description
Performs retail sales operations in the Mayo Clinic Store – Logo Apparel and Gifts. Assists customers with selection and sale of logo merchandise and other gift items. Performs cash register functions in a competent and accurate manner; prepares, stocks and merchandises inventory; provides excellent customer service to patients, visitors, Mayo employees. May also assist with inventory processes of ordering and receiving store merchandise and supplies. May be assigned additional duties related t re-merchandising areas of the sales floor and display areas, internal/external marketing activities and workgroups. May be asked to work in other Mayo Clinic Store locations as needed. Must be able to lift/move up to 25 pounds and ability to push/pull fixtures and merchandise.



Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of previous customer service required, with a minimum of one year of retail environment experience.
