Location: REMOTE - Anywhere, US or Canada

Give me a breakdown of what an Retail Media Manager at Brainlabs does:
- Lead the execution of paid media activations across various digital marketplaces channels, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, & other emerging marketplaces
- Ownership of client facing responsibilities, including compiling & presenting strategic & tactical recommendations, POVs, & reporting
- Oversee & evaluate daily campaign performance, analytics, budget pacing, bid management, and action plans to drive client key KPIs
- Report on and provide weekly updates, recommendations, and insights
- Collaborate on the development & standardization of internal team processes to establish account management best practices & efficient workflows
- Stay up to date on the latest trends & research as it relates to eCommerce, retail media networks, & digital marketplaces channels
- Contribute to new business development when required
- Maintain proactive relationships with local teams from Criteo, Citrus etc.
What we really want:
- Someone who can develop a retail media strategy for a client and then execute it!
What particular set of skills would suit this role?
- 2+ years of experience successfully managing Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Instacart, Target, Kroger, and/or other emerging marketplaces paid media
- Working knowledge of campaign management & research solutions for digital marketplaces (Pacvue, Helium10, JungleScout, Kenshoo, etc.)
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central
- Agency experience
- Ability & ambition to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong client leadership skills & account management experience
- Process development & implementation experience
- Excel proficiency
- Experience of running campaigns with Amazon DSP and/or DV360
- Experience of working with other Retail platforms such as Criteo, or direct retail platforms themselves
