JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating listings on OfferUp, Ebay, Facebook and other social media
• Provide order statuses and occasional troubleshooting assistance for customer orders
• Selling/Upselling large kitchen appliances (ranges, range hoods, refrigerators, cooktops, wall ovens, etc.)
• Responding to customer inquiries about our products/services via phone, text, and chat
• Process Transactions and Maintain accurate records (i.e sales reports, billing invoices, expense reimbursement forms, etc.)
• Hands-on with demonstrating product features to customers and ensuring all products are complete with parts before customers pick up
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise lines, product features, product benefits and availability
• Cold calling and emailing

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• Experience in Customer Service (2+ years preferred)
• Sales Experience (2+ years preferred)
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs or more
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 9AM – 5:30PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
