Job description

The Sales Associate is responsible for exemplary customer service and upkeep of the sales floor.

Duties include the following, but not limited to:

- Opening and/or closing duties

o Turing on lights, putting out signs, etc.

o Complete daily/weekly/monthly lists

- Under the direction of the store managers

o Keeping the sales floor:

§ Clean (Jewelry & showroom)

§ Seasonal displays updated & keeping on a timely display/cleaning schedule

o Jewelry:

§ cleaning jewelry, tagging jewelry, back stocking, etc.

o Social media (working in conjunction with the Marking Coordinator):

§ Help answer customer questions on all platforms including email

§ Participate in postings and creating content

o Keeping our POS updated with sales, customer information, and orders (training on our system will be given)

- Greeting Customers and Managing their requests

o Follow up with orders

o Writing orders for customers (repairs & custom)

o Helping customers in-store, over the phone, and/or online (website, email, social media)

Candidate must be able to:

- Have critical thinking skills

- Work in a timely and organized manger

- Work well with a small staff of peers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $7.25 - $9.00 per hour
