Bachelor’s degree Required
Minimum five (5) years supervisory experience in healthcare finance with focus on revenue cycle management.
Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience can substitute educational requirement

- Oversees the quality and performance of Revenue Integrity operations including the CDM.
- Develops policies, procedures and internal controls to improve clinical charge capture.
- Monitors and evaluates charge capture performance and educate department leadership.
- Reviews results of periodic audits and takes appropriate action.
- Maintains working knowledge of governmental programs and managed care contract provisions.
- Oversees the process of identifying payment variances using contract management software.
- Captures hospital revenue observation services in an accurate and timely manner.
- Plans, prepares and administers annual departmental budget.
