RN Cath Lab Days

Full Time Days with Call Under the general supervision of the Department Director, the Staff RN I provides clinical and technical assistance to the patient and physician during the performance of cardiovascular procedures. The Staff RN I acts as a Team Leader to provide guidance to the Scrub, Monitor and Cardiovascular Techs to facilitate delivery of care and may delegate some aspects off that care to assistive personnel. The Staff RN I asses patients’ needs, formulates a plan of care and provides care based on identified needs and physician orders according to hospital/departmental standards, policies and procedures. On call is a requirement of a full-time Staff RN.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing
• AL RN License
• BLS
• ACLS required within 30 days of hire
