Job description

If you are an RN or LPN looking for a position with a great team, we would love to talk with you.

We currently have 1 position available on evening shift and 1 position available on night shift.

Successful candidate must be willing to work in a setting that requires teamwork! You will work with a variety of patients and provide direct nursing care along with physical or psychological support when required.

The RN base wage is $38.00/hr. We also offer an attendance incentive, which can add $10.00/hr to the RN actual working hours, each pay period.

The LPN base wage is $33.00/hr. We also offer an attendance incentive, which can add $5.00/hr to the LPN actual working hours, each pay period.

To obtain the attendance incentive, all you have to do is show up for scheduled shifts, arrive on time and stay for the entire shift, and clock in and out appropriately! This provides a potential $48.00/hr for a RN and $38.00/hr for an LPN!

All skilled nursing facility staff are required to be vaccinated against Covid. Facility will consider medical and religious exemptions.
