RN Oversight ($2500 sign on bonus)

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or RN with 5 years related experience

St Joseph Kervick Residential Care Home, operated by Vermont Catholic Charities, is seeking a full time Registered Nurse to provide Oversight to our Level III Residential Care Home. This position offers a $2,500 sign on bonus.

• · Ability to supervise, manage, and train staff
• · Administrative skills
• · Outstanding presentation, writing, and communication skills

Responsibilities of the RN Oversight

• · Observation and assessment
• · Development, implementation, and evaluation of a written, individualized treatment plan to maintain residents’ well-being.
• · Provide direct nursing care to residents such as wound dressing, injections and administering medications.
• · Oversee quality and consistency of caregiving throughout the clinical team.
• · Understand, and apply federal and state laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.62 - $40.00 per hour

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
