Penick Village Inc. Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) is seeking compassionate, professional and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our clinical team. Our RNs serve is a charge nurse role leading the shift in providing nurturing direct care for the health of our residents. RNs actively assess and monitor the care of residents ensuring all appropriate care is provided. RNs work collaboratively with our clinical team to create care plans, making sure they are being followed and evaluated for effectiveness. When in the role of charge nurse RNs coordinate day-to-day nursing activities performed by Elder Assistants, in the skilled nursing level of care.
Coordination of care must be carried out in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the DON/designee to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Full Time, Part Time and PRN positions are available - Day, Night and Weekend shifts
A successful candidate draws on their experience as a patient advocate, collaborator, educator, and manager who has excellent communication and basic computer skills.
