At this time, we are seeking an RN- Nursing Supervisor to join our team!

Seeking an RN for PM shift , with an every other weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Completes assessments and develops plan of care.
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team.
• Records the administration of medication.
• RN will monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility.
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Qualifications Valid, unrestricted 2 year RN license in the state of Minnesota. Current CPR certification.

• Maintaining CEU requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year in long term care/geriatric nursing and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate competency in the following areas: Staff supervision, assessment and resident care skills, medication management principles and practice, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and clinical periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Proficiency in writing reports, business correspondence, nursing/Resident progress notes and nursing procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $37.00 per hour
