As a participant in the Weekend Premium Program, I would be required to work at least 24 hours on weekend shifts (between 7am Friday and 7am Monday) every weekend, in addition to another shift during the week, if applicable (per facilities needs), to reach a minimum total of 36 hours, for full time status.

Hours worked between 7am Friday and 7am Monday will be paid at a base rate plus 30%. No shift/weekend differential is included on these days.

I am eligible for shift differentials if a none weekend day is worked.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides direct care to patients and supervises and directs nursing staff in accordance with state, federal, and MFA guidelines.
• Communicates patient status to the Unit Manager.
• Assists in the supervision, orientation, and training of the nursing staff. Participates in the patient care planning conference with other disciplines.
• Identifies patient goals and approaches.

Job qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Current license with <state>Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• One (1) year of previous experience preferred.
• Management/leadership experience preferred.
• Requires frequent lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.
