It’s been said that no little kid dreamed of growing up to be a salesperson.

It’s also been said that sales is one of the more lucrative jobs a person can have.

We’re looking for a Roofing Salesperson…but not the kind of salesperson you’re thinking of. Aurora Pro Services is a family company made up of a family of different trades. We believe in being respectful, honorable, and grateful in everything we do.

If your skills include “smooth talking,” “back slapping,” or “arm twisting,” you won’t fit in here.

If, however, you can help our customers find a solution that’s right for them and keeps their homes dry and secure…let’s talk!

When somebody comes to us needing a roof, it’s never under great circumstances. A roof is never an “impulse buy.” Often something has happened, and often the customer is in a mood. Can you cool the situation? Can you give them the same confidence you have in our product and skills?

Your evaluation won’t be simply numbers on a book. Your biggest test will be to make our customers feel you’ve come to them with the heart of a servant.

The word “servant” to us is very much in the biblical sense. It’s what the Lord taught us as he washed the feet of His disciples. Being gracious, helpful, and humble. Now, if the mere mention of the Bible makes you uncomfortable, you might want to pass on this opportunity. We would never ask you to believe as we believe. Your feelings are yours and as sacred as ours, but you will be working for a company that knows our skills and good fortune are solely a blessing from God. OK? We cool? Let’s move on…

An Aurora Pro Roofing Salesperson starts out between $80k and $125k, depending on your experience. When you’re really cooking, you can make as much as $250k. Honestly. Feel free to ask our top salespeople. But there’s more than just a paycheck:
