We are currently hiring for the key role of Route Supervisor in our West Sacramento, CA terminal.

The Route Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing a part-time, last-mile pick-up and delivery operation based out of West Sacramento, CA servicing the city and surrounding municipalities. This position will be responsible for dispatching and checking in drivers, maintaining safety and security policies, administrative support, and directing the day-to-day operational needs of the facility.

Accountabilities

o Supervise and provide leadership to employee drivers

o Train and cover routes as a back-up if needed

o Reinforce policy and procedures as they relate to safety and security.

o Provide customer service and administrative support as needed

Qualifications

o Associates or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, management, or related field experience preferred

o 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in logistics or transportation-related field

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as a team member

o Dependable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
