Job description

We are a top multinational electronics corporation based in Ridgefield Park, NJ. We have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with the proven ability to handle multiple functions associated with rapidly expanding Business IT projects including Robotic Process Automation projects.

Responsibilities:

The role will primarily involve business analyst and communication with system development team work, but will also include some traditional user interface and application module management as well. Responsibilities cover, analyze user requirements and create documents to communicate between business user and development team include monitoring and testing for new development.

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in IT and/or MIS related discipline
· Bilingual (English + Korean): Must be able to read, write and speak in both
· 3 - 5 years of business process analysis experience

Required Skills:

·Must have the ability to analyze systems and possess knowledge of how to use them effectively.
· Must have knowledge in generating system and business process documentation
· Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, time management skills required
· Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and other staff
· Strong communication-both oral and written to convey information in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Skills:

· Have knowledge in SAP BI or other data analytics software.
· Have knowledge in RPA basic concepts and RPA development cycle (Automation anywhere is plus)
· Strong business process related analysis and consultation skills; ability to lead and guide clients
· Knowledge of ERP Logistics and general logistics and supply chain-related processes
· Proven ability to multi-task and maintain organized handling multiple clients across different divisions
· Strong aptitude to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team

- Level: Junior to Mid (3 to 5 yr of related experience)
- Contract period: One year
- Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (3 day/wk on-site upon policy)
- Korean/English Bilingual Required: must be able to read, write and speak in both

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
