In this role you will ...
- Provide formal inspections, and incident evaluations, work observation, mentor safe working practices.
- Report to the Site Manager(s) on safety issues. Maintain accident and prevention program on site. New hire safety orientation.
- Monitor all work activities for safe behavior and proper PPE.
- Develop and chair all weekly staff meetings. '
- Train all employees on zero injury safety culture.
Minimum Requirements
- Associates degree in related field of study or equal years of related work experience in a Maintenance/Modification or Construction environment.
