SAGP Director (Clinic/Ambulatory Director)

One of the top Essex County hospitals in coastal northern Massachusetts is seeking a Clinic Director to be responsible for the full operations of a large multiple practice outpatient group.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees and directs the day-to-day operations of a multiple practice outpatient group
- Uses performance improvement methodologies to constantly improve processes
- Collaborates with Physician Services and the organization’s recruiting resources
- Provides operational insights and trend data to leadership to help build shaort and long-term strategic plans for the practice
- Drafts and recommends comprehensive and accurate operational and capital budget plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 4 years management experience in a physician practice or ambulatory setting, working with physicians in a large clinic/practice setting
- Experience with business accounting and financial reporting required
- Experience with quality measures management and reporting required
- Proficient with using Electronic Health Records
- Prefers at least 8 years of progressive roles in a physician practice
- Budget management experience preferred
