At Land of Canaan Vacation Resort, as an In-House Sales/Marketing Concierge, you have the opportunity to meet face to face with current owners/guest and anticipate their vacation needs.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

· Provide a high-quality and warm experience to our guests and owners.

· Promote and book vacation ownership presentations/ resort tours, and the sale of mini vacation packages to eligible on-site owners and guests by engaging with them while on property.

· Manage all social media and AirBNB/VRBO platforms. Answer any questions, help with issues, and book guests.

· Provide concierge services to guests by recommending local dining experiences and attractions while communicating ownership opportunities.

· Service guests by providing real-time stay requests, phone and in person communications.

· Distribute approved promotional information and provide excellent customer service to all guests while projecting a professional company image.

· Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for…

To fulfill this roll successfully, you must possess the following minimum requirements:

· Minimum of 1-year proven sales, sales related marketing, concierge or optional tour and activity sales experience.

· Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, services or product from guest.

· Excellent customer service.

· Strong oral communication.

· Computer proficiency with the ability to learn.

· Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Dependable and goal oriented.

· Reliable transportation.

· Self-directed and independent but work as a team player.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

· 6 months or more previous experience working in the timeshare industry.

· Thorough understanding of Canaan Valley and the surrounding areas with the ability to explain activities, restaurants, and attractions throughout the area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
