Job description
The Sales Assistant – FED supports the Project Manager with all administrative tasks related to bidding projects, tracking quotes, and coordinating the delivery and installation of equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assist project manager with project bids, quotes, and creates autoquote proposals,
- Coordinates the deliver and installation of equipment to project site.
- Second point of contact for the customers.
- Handle project correspondence to customers.
- Follow up on status of purchase orders on projects for shipping & receiving schedules.
- Coordinate and schedule demo/training start-up of equipment for new projects.
- Compile and put together all Owners Manuals for close out of projects (this includes the warranty and serial number information for all equipment).
- Complete warranty cards and mail to respective companies.
- Assist customers who call in with warranty and service issues for their existing equipment.
- Create and maintain customer-mailing database for clients/reps/etc.
- Tracks all paperwork for returned and damaged equipment.
- Maintain project files.
- Update Manufacturers Rep books with pricing and equipment changes.
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year administrative support with strong customer service experience. Working knowledge of Word and Excel, strong analytical, organizational skills and the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize and work independently. Excellent communication and time management skills.
Preferred: Associate degree, 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service experience in an office environment and previous SAP experience.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
