Solid Surface Sales Rep
PREREQUISITIES:
- Must have at least two years sales experience in the interior surfacing market, laminate, quartz, veneer, panels, board, hardware, cabinet areas.
- Have experience in selling through independent distribution.
- Must be based in Georgia or Orlando/Tampa area.
- Has called on the A&D community.
- Technical knowledge of basic fabrication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility regarding scheduling/multitasking.
- Understands the "Team" Concept.
- "Creative" in Problem Solving.
- Can travel with overnights on a monthly basis as needed.
- Compensation plus bonus opportunity.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Must be able to travel and cover Georgia & Florida.
- Meet Company Quota for sheet and shape sales in assigned territory.
- Meet Adhesive Quota in the assigned territory.
- Works with Company Distributors in the assigned territory to meet established goals.
- Establishes accounts that buy direct from Company to meet established goals.
- Supports Company Specification Efforts with calls on A&D and providing CEU courses.
- Implements all Sales and Marketing Programs.
- Timely follow up and responding to all leads and sample requests.
- Provide up to date marketing information regarding Company Products, applications and end use markets.
- Provide reliable and accurate product line forecasts.
- Well versed in product knowledge, to advise fabricators, A&D and Distributor personnel on the features and benefits of Company Solid Surface and Join.It Adhesives.
- Inform the company on all pertinent issues with solutions.
- Meets deadlines for all company reports, company files and CRP (salesforce)
