Okana Outdoors is a new and innovative outdoor sports store that specializes in Electric Bikes, Paddle Boards, Kayaks, Pickleball, and more. We are looking for enthusiastic people to help us educate our customers in the products that we carry. Our goal is to help our customers Live Life Outside!

We are looking for a Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to provide exceptional customer service, and have a strong understanding of sales principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers make informed decisions about their purchases. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and technical support to customers.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor with customers.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and ordering processes.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
