Job description
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the development, production, and delivery of persuasive on-time, compliant, high-quality proposals
- Understand and maintain knowledge of all Prosegur’s lines of business and strategic directions
- Participates and advises on new business proposal efforts to ensure core competency, compliance with customer requirements and attainment of cost and budget objectives
- Provide proposal process guidance to a diverse, often geographically dispersed team of cross-functional personnel
- Maintain awareness of industry capabilities and recommend, where appropriate, business relationships such as teaming, strategic partnerships, etc.
- Lead and improve Prosegur’s Business Development processes, systems and policies
- Assist with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as needed.
- Lead and improve the maintenance of marketing materials including resumes, project descriptions, photographs, etc. used for proposals
- Identify and represent Prosegur at key industry events that furthers our business development strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Business Management, or related field
- 3+ years of proposal management experience, including strategic proposal development
- Knowledge of Marketing strategies and branding to develop business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to lead and initiate developing business by building relationships with other industry professionals
- Must be highly skilled in planning and tracking multiple simultaneous tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated experience leading and collaborating with diverse teams to solve complex challenges
- Ability to be flexible, maintain a positive attitude, and work collaboratively to develop a team environment
