We are Woody Buick GMC in Gurnee, Chicaogland’s fastest growing General Motors dealership focused on customer satisfaction and community. We are seeking Sales and F&I Manager that is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for customers and their team. The Woody Sales team is the face of the dealer sales experience. Their hard work makes it possible to uphold Woody’s company philosophy, providing quality vehicles and the best possible service. Their smiles and pleasant demeanors keep customers coming back time and time again.

Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000+ annually

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration
  • Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals
  • Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
  • Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
  • Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
  • Set and maintain finance department work schedule
  • Track portfolio with lenders

Qualifications:

  • Must possess exceptional customer service and organizational skills
  • Capable of paying attention to details while multi-tasking
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Prior work experience in a retail automotive finance and leasing (General Motors is a plus)
  • Strong desire to set and achieve goals
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Average to advanced computer skills
  • Valid in-state driver’s license
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
