Job Description:

Eastern Exteriors is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. We are a roofing and solar company that is rapidly expanding and seeking a sales manager to help lead our 1099 sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and recruiting affiliates, monitoring sales performance, and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's market share.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 1099 sales affiliates
• Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the company's market share
• Identify new market opportunities and work with the marketing team to develop campaigns to reach new customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, affiliates, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing feedback and recommendations to the executive team
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in the sales process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar role
• Experience managing a team of 1099 sales affiliates
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics
• Experience in the roofing or solar industry is a plus, but not required

Pay: $68,068.00 - $200,000.00 per year
