We are hiring a full-time Business Development Manager based out of our corporate office in Watkinsville, Ga. This position is Full-Time and eligible for our benefits package including, medical, dental, vision, paid time off and 401(k) with matching.
Job Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer Service
- Sales experience
- The ability to build relationships and represents our company and values well
- Moderate travel required
Job Duties:
- Identify prospects
- Follow up on leads
- Generate leads
- Negotiating contracts with prospective clients
- Discuss terms with clients
- Work with CEO and COO to create short-term and long-term sales goals
- Attend conferences
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts
- Preparing monthly reports
- Giving sales presentations to a range of clients
- Coordinating sales efforts with other department
