Job description
The Sales Manager In-Training is a full time leadership role that is key to the success of delivering great customer experiences in our store as well as driving sales and services throughout our retail store.
Use your skills in Sales/Selling, Product Knowledge, Technology and Information Technologies to exceed sales goals in our technology sales and services department.
Use your experience in leadership to coach and inspire a team of employees to meet the needs of every customer that enters our store, including training on customer service programs, observing behaviors for on-the-spot feedback, and providing recognition for positive results.

We are seeking a driven leader who can join our team to assist customers with purchases of home/office technology products and services, business supplies needs, and home/office furniture. May contribute in other areas of the store as needed.

This is a bench management position and has no specific store assignment, but will remain in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area.
This position is a Full Time Key Carrier and is Bonus Eligible on Quarterly results.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
