Lone Star Powersports is looking for a motivated, organized, self starting individual who is comfortable engaging with people in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding customer service is mandatory. Must have a passion for powersports (motorcycles, ATV, UTV, PWC etc.).
Consistent work schedule, 5 day work week with 2 consecutive days off.
Base hourly pay plus monthly bonus. Uncapped commission pay! Sell more, earn more!
Powersports Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Motivation for sales
- Team player with a pleasant attitude
- Organized
- Passionate about the industry
- Prospecting, negotiating, & closing skills
- Presentation skills
- Product knowledge (training provided)
- Maintain positive client relationships
- Sales experience (2 years minimum preferred)
- Must be available to work Tuesday-Friday 8:30am - 6:30pm & Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm (sometimes a little later)
Powersports Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Responsible for greeting and building relationships with customers
- Following up with new and previous customers
- Possess knowledge on multiple brands and products in the powersports industry
- Follow a structured sales process
- Ready and willing to work overtime during peak season as required
- Strong desire to be challenged and the ability to work as a team
