Apex in Oakbrook Terrace, IL is looking to hire a full-time Sales Representative. We pay a competitive salary, depending on experience, averaging $42,000 - $55,000 a year. We offer weekly bonuses and residuals. The typical schedule is from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet and follow sales requirements and goals set forth by management.
• Provide proper follow-up by returning all customer inquiries promptly.
• Process orders once received from customers.
• Help manage an effective and cost-efficient product for customers.
• Maintain superior customer service by tracking missing orders, and answering/correcting complaints concerning billing and service rendered.
• Refer customer concerns of service failure to the designated department for investigation.
• Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
• Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires
• Acting as the client's representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
• Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
• Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent. A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Developing Sales/Customer Service skills
• 1+ years of customer service experience is preferred
