Job Title Sales Representative

Reports To Chief Executive Officer

Job Purpose

The Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new clients for back office financial management and promoting AGS’s software and tech as a service to skilled nursing facilities.

The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with decision makers, and demonstrate the value of financial management solutions. They will develop and execute a sales strategy, conduct market research, and provide ongoing support to ensure clients get the most value from our solutions. The ideal candidate is an energetic, results- driven individual with a passion for sales and a commitment to customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities with prospective clients
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify new sales opportunities
• Presenting and demonstrating Apex Global Solutions' products and services to potential clients
• Negotiating and closing deals with clients
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
• Ability to negotiate and close deals
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus

Working Conditions

This job will require time to be allocated up to 90% travel to potential and existing clients and
10% office work.
