Are you a motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and customer service? We are seeking a Sales Trainee - Customer Success Champion to join our dynamic team and drive sales growth within one of our esteemed big box retail partners. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for managing customer accounts, maximizing upselling opportunities, completing sales transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service. With comprehensive training provided, you'll have the tools and knowledge to excel in this position and pave the way for future advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, providing a personalized experience to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage customer accounts by maintaining accurate records, tracking sales activities, and following with all customers
  • Proactively identify upselling opportunities and effectively communicate product benefits to customers, driving revenue growth.
  • Conduct sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services within the big box retail partner's store and community.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations and responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members and retail partner staff to achieve sales targets and exceed performance goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and advance within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not required as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer concerns and find effective resolutions.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, retail environment.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.

*Keep in mind, we are hiring for our satellite client in the Carmel area, not our corporate location*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $950.00 per week
