The role of a Sales Trainer will be responsible for elevating the sales performance of Modernizing Medicine by assessing, designing, developing, delivering and measuring training.

The Role:

• Onboard and train new sales team members
• Assess training needs through interviews, sales team meeting calls, and direct relationships with SDRs, RSCs, RSMs, SSs and NSDs
• Customize the onboarding process to individual learner needs and backgrounds
• Assist and later own the redesign content management process for the WCSO
• Develop a growing library of training content
• Create evidence-based learning experiences that enhance sales performance
• Provide sales and technical product expertise and become a subject matter expert on all ModMed commercial products and services
• Optimize sales systems training including salesforce, CPQ, Conga, SalesLoft
• Be smart and resourceful: find problems, design solutions, build relationships and drive execution
• Be brave, take chances, seek feedback, and get better

Skills & Requirements:

• Four plus years of experience in sales training and coaching
• Comprehensive understanding of the ADDIE model, and ability to perform every step
• Must have MEd or MBA
• Strong knowledge of Andragogy, transformational learning and experiential learning
• Understanding of optimized adult learning concepts such as Cognitive Load, bloom's taxonomy, microlearning, and optimized training delivery
• Ability to simplify complicated concepts and reduce cognitive learning load
• Strong performance bias- experience in improving adult performance through knowledge increase and behavior change.
• Understanding of knowledge management principles
• Post graduate command of the English language in both written and spoken form along with the ability to assess and coach others in tactical communication
• Familiarity with basic coaching principles such as GROW
• Proven work experience as a Corporate Trainer delivering technical software training to various audiences
• Strong knowledge of presentation skills and techniques
• Advanced graphic design and infographic creating skills using a variety of tools
• Ability to lead by example and demonstrate correct sales behaviors
• Ability to make training fun and engaging
• Experience in a previous software sale role preferred
• Experience delivering effective, results driven training in person, virtually, as well as asynchronously through assignments
• Hands-on experience capturing, creating and editing video
• Experience interacting with a wide range of corporate functions and roles including sales, sales operations, support, customer success, Project management office, account management, marketing, finance, legal and mid-level management
• CPLP, CPTM or PMP certification
• Position is local to Boca Raton, FL
