“Bridging the gap between strategy and technology”

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops test plans, test schedule, and approach
• Writes test cases and scripts and identifies data for test scenarios
• Performs and leads tests of software and/or IT systems to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects
• Performs verification activities on work products using defined methods, procedures and criteria with an appropriate verification environment
• Creates daily test metrics and reporting; communicates test results
• Supports analysis of test results and resolution of open issues
• Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience identifying, defining and quantifying problems, collecting or interpreting data, establishing facts and providing effective solutions for moderate to complex problems.
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear, focused and concise manner while following proper rules of punctuation, grammar, diction and style.
• Proven development of moderate to complex computer system test plans and test cases.
• Knowledge of workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
• Must have experience working in a test-driven QA development environment.
• Must have experience with Salesforce.com/Salesforce Testing/Salesforce platform.
• Understanding of software test methodologies
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Experience using version control software

Desired Qualifications:

• One or more of the following designations or other Industry equivalent certification preferred:

• Current Certified Software Tester (CSTE)
• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
• Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE)
• ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level (CTFL)
• Quality Improvement Associate Certification (CQIA)
• Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP)

• Beneficial to possess knowledge of Salesforce Software QA methodologies, tools, procedures, and testing techniques.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com capabilities and best practices
• Previous experience working in an Agile environment

Education and Experience Requirements:

• BS degree in Engineering and 5+ years of experience
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance testing role, software tester, functional tester or automation testing conducting manual testing of web and mobile applications.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
