Job Summary
Provide exceptional salon assistance and customer service experience by handling front desk operations and social media for the salon. Handle all front desk operations to ensure smooth operations flow of services and client check in and check out. Perform daily salon tasks to ensure the up-keeping the area, ensure the facial bar is maintained up to standards in terms of organization, sanitation, and supplies. Lead the development and execution of social media campaigns, customer and internal communications initiatives, and production of social media materials. Use social media platforms to promote the services.

Obsessed with regimens and plans, particularly in helping clients determine the right future services and home care product mix that will help them achieve their skin goals.
General Accountabilities
Greets visitors with a warm and friendly welcome, and obtain name and other pertinent information, notifying appropriate individuals of visitor's arrival.
Checking in and checking out visitors using our booking software
Provide over-the-top, exceptional guest service
Answers and routes calls, as necessary, to appropriate individuals.
Accurately takes and delivers messages.
Ensure reception area and guest lounge is maintained to TOFB standards
Maintains log of all calls or inquiries requiring further action.
Accepts and signs for packages, and notifies addressee of package arrival.
Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks.
Maintains clean and orderly reception area.
Retrieves, sorts and delivers mail.
Assist and/or redirect clients’ questions regarding facial treatment selection, products
Re-book clients for future services
Resolve guest service issues in shop
Coordinates with sales, marketing, and other departments to develop and execute communication strategy.
Evaluates, analyzes, and presents results of each initiative to management, and recommends changes to improve effectiveness.
Regularly reviews social media content to ensure consistency with company brand guidelines.
Interfaces with Management to ensure social media content is regularly updated.
Assists with new product and service announcements.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Launch and grow presence on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, instagram.
Works cross functionally to ensure social media goals align with company goals.
Writes and curates content designed to engage followers and promote the brand in a positive way.
Ensures customer satisfaction by responding to any complaints, questions and comments left on the company's social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner.
Ensure clients fill out intake forms, update client profiles with relevant notes, take pictures of clients, archive the content accordingly
