Looking for a four-day workweek? We’re looking for a saw operator for our client in Buford. It’s a great opportunity for anyone looking for a 10-hour shift with potential for overtime on Friday!

JOB TITLE - Saw Operator

LOCATION - Buford, GA

HOURS - 1st Shift - 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Mon-Thu

OVERTIME - Opportunity for up to 8 hours overtime on Fridays

TYPE - Temp-To-Perm

PAY - $17.00/hour

OVERVIEW of SAW OPERATOR

-Check the provided paperwork for measurements.

-Enter those measurements into the electronic stop keyboard

-Take wood from provided stock and place it on the cutting board

-Cut the wood into the lengths specified by the paperwork and place them on the cart

IDEAL CANDIDATE for SAW OPERATOR

-Ability to read and write English and to read a tape measure to a fraction of an inch.

-Ability to lift 25 to 30 pounds consistently

-Ability to stand during the entire shift, bending at the waist intermittently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
