Pay:

• $18.00 - $21.00 (based on experience)
• Weekly

Requirements:

• A saw operator uses saws and a variety of machines to cut wood and other materials. As a saw operator, your job duties involve setting up and inspecting equipment, installing blades, measuring the length to cut to specifications, and operating the machines.
• Work Environment: Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing plant environment.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time and wear required PPE at all times while on the production floor.
• Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. is required for this position.
• The ability to handle multiple sheet goods at one time.
• Ability to optimize sheet goods, utilizing scrap material efficiently.
• Ability to quality control.
• Strong mathematical skills and the ability to understand decimal to inch ratio.
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Strong attention to safety procedures.
• Knowledge of sheets goods and substrates.
• Knowledge of solid stock material.

• Frequent and extended time standing
• Be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Kneel, crouch, crawls when needed
• Hand and finger flexibility and dexterity
• Be able to raise arms (above shoulders regularly) and freely rotate shoulders/arms to lift/move parts on and off the machine

• Working conditions are normal for a plant environment. Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
• Use hands and fingers, able to bend, reach hand over shoulders, climb, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Uniform: Steel Toe Shoes and/or Composite Shoes, no cut offs, & no shorts. Long hair must be covered.

Shifts:

Monday through Friday: 6am - 3pm

Job Type: Full-time
