Deco Truss, a Division of US LBM is Seeking a Truss Sawyer for Our Hampshire, IL location.
Wage: $15
How You Will Spend Your Days as a Sawyer:
- Set up on all saw HP/SC/ALS/SPIDA
- Understand grades/length’s/ width’s of lumber
- Understand Builder friendly stacking/labeling
- Responsible for
- Safety at your saw
- Cleanliness of your work area
- Setting the pace / production / and quality standards at your work station
- Team leader
- Perform any additional duties as needed

Sawyer Requirements:
- Experience. Experience with saw (1 year minimum) Mitek & Alpine software experince
- Physical. Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts
- Heavy Lifting. Ability to lift up to 75lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift
- Willingness. Must have the drive to learn
- Teamwork. Team focused approach to work
- Excellence. Excellent work ethic and attendance
