Staffing Coordinator
Our company is seeking a friendly and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the shift schedule of our nursing department.
- Work with Nursing Management to ensure appropriate staff coverage for the Nursing Units.
- Review staff schedules to identify variances to staffing plan.
- Work with the administrative team to determine open positions and to interview potential candidates.
Requirements:
- Experience with SBV scheduling software
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be computer proficient (Excel, email, etc.).
- Must function independently, have personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with other personnel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
