TTF is recruiting for multiple Scheduling Coordinators for a large healthcare organization located in Tempe, AZ. This is a seasonal contract through the end of the year, and maybe longer.Qualified candidates will have previous hands-on experience in medical records and scheduling, or patient services. This position will entail contacting different providers’ offices requesting medical records for chart review.
Qualified individuals will have exceptional data entry and Microsoft Excel skills, as well as professional telephone etiquette; bilingual is preferred. These positions will start as early as 5am, in support of Eastern time zone.
