Maine Medical Partners’ Cardiology Practice is currently accepting applications for an immediate opening on their access call center team. This is an opportunity to work within a small, tight-knit group of three, assisting with inbound calls. These calls consist of patients looking to schedule appointments or schedule appropriate testing. In addition, incoming calls may consist of patients with either symptoms or clinical questions that would require pre-screening and the forwarding to the appropriate clinical professionals.
This is a Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. role, working onsite in Scarborough.
