Position : Sr. Scrum master with SAFe PO/PM Certified MUST

Location : CA (REMOTE)--W2

Duration : Long Term (1+ Yrs.)

• SAFe PO/PM Certified MUST
• Healthcare exp. MUST

The Scrum Master serves a vital role and is in the unique position to help coach, guide and facilitate an energetic and knowledgeable team. As the Scrum Master you will serve as a critical liaison between the product delivery team, product manager and senior management providing critical direction, communication and assuring the quality delivery of products and services to our customers.

Provide expert advisory for smooth delivery of service offerings and enhance or customize solution-sets in line with the strategy of the practice.

(1.) To gain user acceptance for deployment of the solution

(2.) To guide, manage, develop and engage the team for enhanced productivity

(3.) To review project deliverables for first time right delivery and ensure high customer satisfaction scores

(4.) To understand client environment, customize solution-sets and consult the delivery team in key project phases like solution design (5.) To write white papers and other collaterals for enabling practice evangelization

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
