The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association (CLPOA) is currently accepting applications for a Seasonal part time Member Services Associate.
Canyon Lake is one of only five gated cities in California. With 14.9 miles of shoreline and 383 surface acres, Canyon Lake is surrounded by 5,000 custom built homes and lots within a private gated community of over 12,000 residents. The CLPOA is the captive management company for property owners within the City of Canyon Lake, CA. The vast majority of city-wide operations, public works, facilities, physical assets, and maintenance and improvement functions are performed and managed by the CLPOA.
Other unique community assets maintained and managed by the CLPOA include: 36 miles of roads, three gated secure entrances, a private security patrol and marine patrol, The Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar, banquet and wedding venues, tennis center, water ski slalom course and jump, a lakefront 54-site RV campground, 16 beautiful parks and beaches, equestrian center, and a stunning Ted Robinson designed 18 hole Golf & Country Club, which includes our second restaurant, the Country Club Bar & Grill.
The CLPOA, incorporated in 1968, as a California nonprofit corporation, is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the common areas within Canyon Lake. The purpose of the CLPOA is to promote the recreation, benefit, and enjoyment of the homeowners within the community. Position Type: Varies from 25 – 30 hours per week, Saturdays required
Brief Job Description and Responsibilities:
Direct, process, and respond to all owner and resident requests for association services in accordance with the Association’s governing documents. Answers and directs incoming calls to the appropriate staff member and department, taking messages whenever applicable. Answers, verifies, and processes resident requests for guest entry via the phone and computer. Collects related fees and updates information in the computer when applicable. Maintains on-site administrative files and provides delivery of interoffice mail.
Performs other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education:
· High School Diploma
Other:
· Strong computer and data entry skills with the ability to learn software quickly.
· Personable individual that has great communication and writing skills.
· Excellent customer service skills both in person and over the phone.
· Accuracy and confidentiality with attention to detail is a must.
· Capable of effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
· Able to learn and remember POA governing documents, Board policies, and procedures.
· Must possess the ability to critically think and problem solve using available resources.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
