SUMMARY: Responsible for daily shipping of B2C orders, daily replenishment of inventory and leading a team of 5-10 employees
DUTIES:
- Print daily B2C orders and organize picking staff.
- Communicate daily with Client Services and Operations on order statuses.
- Coordinate employees to ensure efficient picking and shipping processes.
- Ensure inventory adjustments are completed when product is backordered.
- Research inventory discrepancies and generate cycle counts.
- Coordinate with Shipping Supervisor on sharing personnel.
- Ensure that all orders are done by the end of the day
- Run various reports to maximize picking and inventory efficiency.
- Generate labels using BarTender program to maximize picking efficiency.
- Must use UPS software.
- Perform various tasks in different areas of the warehouse
- Ability to work over time and weekends with short notice
- Must be able to read and write English
- Basic math skills
- Computer literate; Microsoft Excel/Word
- Forklift experience a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of UPS/FedEx shipping process
- English speaking, bilingual in Spanish a plus
