Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate

General Purpose

The primary role of a sales associate is to act as a brand ambassador by styling clients, building relationships, delivering excellent service and closing sales. Responsible for meeting all sales and KPI targets.

Essential Job Functions

• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Deliver excellent customer service utilizing the Carlisle service standard
• Share product knowledge with clients
• Develop client relationships with outreach, follow up and networking
• Maintain brand and operational standards
• Ability to ring transactions at point of sale, cash handling
• Process shipments and ensure all merchandise is on display per guidelines
• Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store
• Participate in operations duties and inventory management
• Follow company policy and procedures and notify management of any infractions
• Assist with other tasks or special projects as assigned by management.
• Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• 2+ years retail experience
• Strong communication, retail math, and computer skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (Preferred)
