Telephone Receptionist

The Counseling Center of Wayne and Holmes Counties is searching for a caring, dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with mental illness in our communities as our Telephone Receptionist in our Wooster, OH office.

This is a FULL TIME opportunity with benefits!

What this position does:

• Greets the public and welcomes them into our agency.
• Phone reception including scheduling appointments
• Benefits verification
• Data entry
• Word processing
• Filing
• Attention to customer service and a friendly attitude required!
• Prior experience in a medical office preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.50 per hour
