Work days: Saturdays-Sundays

Work hours: 11:00PM-5:00AM

Every shift is 6 hours.

Post: Hotel-turned-temporary housing. No pat-downs or searches involved, just enforcement of establishment policies and curfews.

We look for people with a positive attitude who are able to communicate well with team members and clients. Candidates must be able to provide excellent customer service and assist in leading the company with improving the overall experience. Candidates must be detail-oriented, problem solvers, and well organized. They must be someone punctual, on time with good attendance record who is professional and cordial with guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Patrols lobbies, corridors, and public rooms, and all property premises/locations, confers with management, interviews guests and employees, and questions persons to identify more information and investigate disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalism, accidents and other safety related matters.
• Patrols public areas to detect unsafe conditions, and mission or inoperative safety equipment.
• Warns or ejects unlawful trespassers and cautions guests, staff related to safety issues.Ensures all areas and doors are secured at designated times.
• Conducts self in a friendly and attentive manner during all guest encounters.
• Use the appropriate phrases and greetings when interacting with guests.
• Accommodates needs and guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handles self in a professional manner at all times.
• Assists management with Company Safety Program.
• Responsible for working in a safe and conscientious manner. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Assists and monitors staff needs during shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Bernardino, CA 92410: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Security: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Guard Card (Required)
